Marcy Hagenbuch: Comptroller
Marcy is a former English teacher for the Norwich City Schools. She
obtained her masters degree from SUNY Oneonta. Marcy has come to Smith Ford LLC in 2005 from NBT Bank to become the office
manager.
She is a great asset that has been added to the Smith Ford LLC
organization.
Marcy resides in Norwich with her husband and two children.

Janice Tyrrell: Co-Owner
Janice has been with Smith Ford since April, 2003. Prior to Smith Ford, Janice worked for Harringtons Green House in Norwich where she was a Floral Designer.
Janice resides in North Norwich.

Jackie Guinn: Office Manager
Jackie has been with Smith Ford LLC since October of 2005. Since then, she has obtained her Associates Degree in Accounting from SUNY Morrisville Norwich and has become our Office Manager.
We hope to have Jackie here for many years.

Judy Wharton: Title Clerk
Judy comes to Smith Ford LLC with over 26 years experience in
bookkeeping. Her role here is to make sure the title paperwork is
complete and accurate.
Judy makes a nice addition to the Smith Ford family.

Karen Van Voorhis: Office Assistant
Karen brings to Smith Ford LLC over 20 years experience in
the automotive field. She is Married with two children (her dogs)
Ruby and Jett.
