Will Tyrrell: General Manager

Will has been with Smith Ford LLC since his family bought the dealership in 2003. He is currently the General Manager of both Smith Ford LLC and The Giant's Warehouse. Will went to Sherburne Earlville High School and SUNY Delhi. He is now a resident of North Norwich. Will is extremely happy to be able to see and work with his family on a daily basis.

Gary Tackabury: Manager

Gary started with us in May 2003. He grew up in the area and now resides in Norwich. Gary owned his own business and worked for a local energy company.

Bob Hagenbuch: Manager

Bob now works in the family business. For the past several years Bob has worked for a local GM store as a sales conultant. Bob comes to Smith Ford LLC with over 15 years experience. The future should be great at Smith Ford where he joins hi wife (Marcy), mother, father and brother in law. Bob resides in Norwich and has been a fixture in the local wrestling scene for many years.

Stanley Bryden: Sales Associate

Stanley is back at Smith Ford. Stanley started selling cars at Smith Ford and then went to a GM store.  He resides in Oxford with his wife on their family farm.  Stanley has been in the automobile business for over 11 years and brings a lot of experience with him.

Kay Courtemanche: F&I Specialist
Kay has been in the local insurance industry for over 26 years. Many of you know Kay from when she was a Nationwide Agent in the Sherburne area. Kay has decided to enter the automotive finance and insurance business and we are excited to have her join our team.

Scott Strong: Special Finance
Scott comes to Smith Ford LLC with over 16 years experience in finance. He is a graduate from SUNY Cortland. Scott's primary role is to help get financing for those with less than perfect credit. Give Scott a call and he will help put you in your next vehicle!

Lynn Wightman: Sales Associate
Lynn brings over 13 years sales experience to Smith Ford LLC. His experience in new and pre-owned vehicle makes him a welcome addition to our already great sales force.
Lynn Currently resides on New Woodstock with his wife.
Dave Slentz: Sales Associate

After 30+ years in banking, Dave has decided to make a career change. He prides himself on taking car of his customers and that positive attitude will be of great value to the Smith Ford family. Dave served on the Edmeston Central School Board for many years and has also been active in various youth sports programs as well as a local the theatrical group.
Mike Grant: Sales Associate

Mike comes to Giant's Auto with over 13 years experience in sales. He was raised in New Berlin and now lives in Norwich with his wife and son. Mike's friendly smile and outgoing attitude are easy to see from the first hello.
Jim Baker: Sales Associate
Jim comes to Smith Ford LLC from the New Hampshire area. He has been in the automotive retail business for over 12 years. Before that he was in the Armed Forces.
Jim resides in Norwich with his family.
