Bob Parker: Parts and Service Director

Bob has been with Smith Ford since June 2003. He has been in the
Automotive parts and service business for over 20 years. Bob is highly qualified because he has worked as a technician, parts counter person and parts manager.

Mark Coleman: Co-Service Manager

Mark is a life long resident of Norwich He is one of the most cross trained employees that we have in our service department. He has worked as a service tech., parts person, heavy truck tech., airboat tech. and service advisor. Mark's smile and kind demeanor makes a great representation of our service department.
Brian Steigerwald: Co-Service Manager
Brian has moved back to the area to work with us at Smith Ford LLC. Many people know Brian because he grew up in the Guilford area and had managed several different repair shops. Brian is a great asset because he knows the service and body repair business. He currently resides in the Norwich area with his wife and children.
Mike Barry: Parts Manager

Keep The Customer Satisfied! That's exactly what Mike will tell you is the most important part of his job.
Mike grew up in South New Berlin and still resides in "Southtown". He has over 25 years experience in the automotive parts business.
Mike is a great addition to Smith Ford LLC's All Star work force!
Keith Pierce: Body Shop Co- Manager
Keith has been in the body shop business for 17 years and has been
with Smith Ford since August 2000. He is the guy that makes dents, dings or accidents disappear.
Keith resides in Earlville.
Dennis Valentine: Certified Master Service Tech.

Dennis has been servicing Ford vehicles for over 15 years. He has been with Smith Ford since Jan. 1995. Dennis is certified to work on Gas and Diesel engines. Dennis resides in Morris
Randy Matts: SR. Service and Reconditioning Tech.


Randy has been with Smith Ford since may 1986. He plays a vital role at the dealership. Randy details all of the delivery vehicles as well as assisting all service departments. Randy resides in Norwich.
Ed Zimmerman: Service Tech.

Ed has returned to Smith Ford after being a technician at another local dealership for several years. He has been in the automotive repair business for over 20 years. He is trained to repair and
service Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, GM, and foreign vehicles. Ed and his wife reside in North Norwich with their children.

Joe Hoffeman: Service Tech.

Joe is a graduate from the automotive program at SUNY Morrisville
which is sponsored by Ford Motor Company. He is a highly trained
technician that we were fortunate to hire. Joe resides in Smyrna.
Joseph Sykes: Service Tech.

Joe comes to Smith Ford LLC. with over 20 years experience working with all car brands. He served 4 years in the US Marines.
Joe is another one of Smith Fords All Stars....
Josh Zbydniewski: Rhino Lingings Specialist
 / Body Shop Assistant

Josh started working at Smith Ford LLC. in Feb. 2004. He is a resident of Sherburne. Josh not only works in the Reconditioning
shop but serves as a utility person as well. When ever they can, the service dept. will steel Josh and have him work with them.
Mike Colbert: Parts Counter Person

Mike moved to the Norwich area from Lakeville, MA. He has been in the automotive service business for more than 20 years. Mike has worked in an independent shop for the past 17 years so he knows a lot about many different brands.
Randy Smith Service Tech.

Randy Comes to Smith Ford LLC with over 35 years experience working with all car brands. Randy has a strong background working for New Ford, GM & Chrysler dealerships. He also served in the US Army.
Harold Humphry Service Tech.

Harold has been working on cars for his whole life. While most babies played with rattles, Harold played with wrenches!

He is well known the the area as a race car driver.
Dan Horton: Body Shop

Dan has been working in the body shop field for over 20 years.
He grew up in North Norwich and attended Sherburne-Earlville Central School.
Dan worked for another area dealership and also worked at his fathers shop in Pitcher. Dan is a welcome addition to the Smith Ford Family.
Henry Ambriz: Detailer

Henry comes to Smith Ford LLC with over 33 years experience. He is originally from Staten Island, NY and now resides in Norwich.
Henry takes pride in his work and make these cars look great!
Arnie Parker: Parts/Service Person

Arnie has over 10 years experience parts business! He talks parts with the best of them. In his spare time, Arnie enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also love hunting, fishing and riding motorcycle.
Arnie resides in South New Berlin
Gary Flemming: "Does it all" Person

Need it washed? Need it torn down? Need it up back up? Need it changed? Gary really does it all. You might find Gary working under a car or changing bulbs. He is our all around guy. Gary lives in Smyrna with his wife and children
Keith Wallen: Reconditioning:

Keith is responsible for detailing your next vehicle. His attention to detail shows when the vehicle is finished.
Keith resides in Norwich with his wife and children.
Jeremy O'Dell: Service Tech.

Jeremy has been with Smith Ford LLC since the summer of 2003. He has been in the automotive repair business for 17 years where he worked as a technician. Jeremy has a vast knowledge of many different vehicle brands.
